The Dual N-Back test is one of the only scientifically proven methods to actually increase your IQ, therefore, improving your performance can actually lead to noteable increases in your ability to process information in real life, unlike other 'brain training' challenges where the only thing you get better at is the challenge itself.

HOW TO PLAY

In the dual n-back test, you must remember a sequence of visual and auditory cues. Each turn, a square lights up on a grid while a letter is spoken aloud. Your task is to recall if the current square position and letter match those from "n" turns earlier (for example, two turns back in a 2-back test). If they match, press the button for position or sound. As "n" increases, it becomes more challenging to track the sequence. This test strengthens memory and focus.
